It's your system fault, and you charge it on me. Good job, Staples.nnI ordered SAME-DAY printing on the 13th. Not receive it until the 17th and I called them to cancel the order since it was overdue, then I was told someone would get in touch. Still, nothing happened until the 24th morning. I called them again. They said a colleague would help me out. I received an email replying to my 17th call, saying the order is already in production and cannot be canceled. I called the store then, and the lady from the print department told me she could cancel the order and they could do a refund for me if I visited the store in person. In the afternoon, I received an email telling me it was ready to pick up. I'm pissed at this point.nnThe next day, I went to the store and asked for a refund. They told me It's not eligible for a refund since it's not a same-day printing. I realized it does show standard printing on the receipt.nnThen I got back home and figured out their online printing does not process same-day printing correctly. See my screen recording below.nnReally disappointed at Staples, poor management and service. I don't particularly drop negative reviews on google maps. Congrats Staples, you got my first one.nnUPDATE: enjoy my dispute. :
Excellent customer service in the photo department! Jamie was very patient and explained the situation clearly. She was polite and very knowledgeable.nnThe one downside to this store is the prices. Other than the photos, the inventory prices are not competitive. Even clearance items are inflated.
Pathetic customer service at pickup and drop off. Fariha was terrible at helping me out with my drop off not giving me proper detail and making assumptions that I have been doing this for a while and know everything about how to ship something from staples. Will never come to that place again just because of fariha........
I ordered next day prints 25 photos on September 9. A week goes by without any notice for pick up so I called and they said they’re back logged from back to school print orders so it isn’t ready. I called again another week later and was contacted by customer support on Sept 24 to say my order was STILL processing and the best course of action was to get a refund.nWhat print store is so incompetent they don’t have capacity to print 25 standard photos? I ordered through Walmart after that and they were ready for pick up, funny enough, the next day as advertised. I’ll never order from here again.
Utilized this staples for their fedex and purolator shipping desk located tonThe left on entry.nIt’s clearly labelled and has a line you enter. Behind cashiers.nnStaff was courteous and kind in assisting me to arrange a package be shipped priority.nParking lot was wide and large- well maintained in the winter months. Lots of space to park. Wide lots.nStaff is friendly. Large store and clean.
