NEVER USE PRINT SERVICES HERE!!!! If I could give zero I would. Ordered photos on line. Order not complete, drove 3 times and still not complete. Manager was rude when asked to give a discount based on services not being filled in time promised. While I waited to fix the problem saw 2 other people with incorrect orders.
Used to enjoy coming to Staples for my office supplies, however, I've noticed recently I have better luck making my purchases online as they more often than not don't have stock in-store. They're also extremely over priced unfortunately, I find myself going to Amazon to get similar products at half the cost.
Had a very bad experience with a package shipment using their Purolator service.nTheir software automatically updates my delivery address to a random address. When checked with an associate, she said it's a shopper's drug mart or something where they deliver their packages. But now, the Purolator person can't find that address and my time sensitive package is going around in the delivery van. Very disappointed.
I have been a customer of this location for years. The service is always great, the people are always helpful and friendly. They are ready to help and contribute and see my projects through. Big shout out to the new guy Randall, this gentleman goes above and beyond for his customers!
Intentionally dishonest. I was sold a protection plan for a laptop I bought and was promised no hassle care should anything go wrong with the machine. I took the laptop in for service and discovered that they have no interest in helping me. Call this number. Mail the machine in to a third party. We can't/won't help you.nIdeally, corporations like this need to be put out of business. We, the people, deserve to be treated with integrity. Or maybe not - you're choice, I guess.
