Went to buy a simple, small item listed as in stock on the website. Wandered around looking for it, no staff in sight, can't find it. Went to the checkouts where four staff are talking amongst themselves.nnAsk one for help, he tells me to check a certain aisle, then his another corrects him and tells him it's in a different area. All four of them just stand there continuing their personal conversation and I go back to look for it in BOTH places. It clearly was not located there.nnBack at checkout, one asks me if I found it, I told them no, I couldn't find it in either place they told me. Nobody available to help me this time either apparently. They just went back to talking with each other. That's fine. I'll order online from a different retailer next time. Thanks!
The Amazon drop-off staff here are completely incompetent and reluctant. I dropped off my return package last month, and the staff assured me I’d receive a confirmation email but I never did. A month later, I still hadn’t received my refund. When I went back, they told me to contact Amazon, but after investigating, Amazon confirmed the issue was on Staples end. The staff refused to provide any helpful information to me and the Amazon worker on the line, didn’t bother checking their system, and just tried to dismiss me. People here are ridiculous and a joke. If I could give -1 stars, I would. Not even sure how they got hired in the first place.
There managers are peace of junk. I paid for soft copy and it’s not working. I scan the QR code and the top came after one hour and I told them I haven’t downloaded once the image you can check in you data. They don’t want to help just want to charge.
Good place to visit for your stationary items. Friendly staff. And competitive prices. And free parking spot
I went to this specific Staples location with the express purpose of purchasing a computer monitor. I ask 2 different staff members if someone could grab a monitor for me. I waited for about 15 minutes before trying to find someone else to help & saw one of the people I had asked goofing off with a coworker at the print shop. I presumed no one wanted to make the sale today, so I left empty handed. There is no reason to straight up ignore customers when you are in a customer service position, especially when there is 10 or so people on the floor and any one of them could have helped.
