Nice staff, but there's only one counter for all shipping services, and there's always a long lineup since this location is a pickup and drop off point for several different services.nnI spent over 20 minutes waiting because there is only one computer dedicated to shipping services, while at least 3 other computers and staff members sit idly.
Terrible customer service, they are first taking your money and after forgetting your order almost 2 weeks when you call them for what happened my order , as customer service person name is ANISH said “oh we are canceling your order because we are out of stock and it’s clearance item”. So far they didn’t even return my money back. So basically they are stealing your money,nUnprofessional staff and very bad work ethic.
Decent store but not well-staffed. Their return area was being staffed by one person also taking care of the print orders. Meanwhile, 5-6 people were in the front area with only a handful of customers around. Has happened multiple times and sucks for the employees and customers.
I went to The Staples in 1322 W. Broadway Vancouver to pick up a package . Then I want to buy a printer ink. I only saw individual packs, which I knew would be more expensive. Luckily, a helpful staff member saw me finding something, he asked me and got someone to assist me, luckily they found a more affordable combo pack. When it came time to pay, there were some issues with my card — it took several tries, but they were very patient and helped me get it sorted out. Chandan, who seemed to be the manager, noticed I was picking up a package and kindly informed me that there was a coupon available today, saving me an extra $5. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. It was a truly heartwarming shopping experience. Next time I need office supplies, this store will definitely be my first choice.
I went to this location June 5th just to browse the store. I was approached by a nice girl who worked in the cell phone service department and convinced me to upgrade my phone. She told me lies and pushed me to upgrade telling me everything I wanted to hear in the process. The whole time it gave me an unsettling feeling but the deal sounded good so I figured why not try it out. Just as expected only a week later reading through my contracts I found out that the $450 deposit I was told I would get back immediately was going to be held for 6th months then given back as store credit. Completely feel ripped off and now I’m in the headache process of returning my phone. Super disappointed and pissed off about this situation. will definitely be stopping by to talk to this “sales associate” who is lying and cheating people. Stay away from this location
