I ordered a same day calendar print yesterday and was emailed to go pick it up today. the colour was completely off, no yellow tones at all. the staff was not helpful at all, and reprinted for an hour with different computer settings, even though the problem was clearly with the printer itself. they then said it was an issue with the file, even though the file was displaying completely fine on their monitor. they also made empty promises like “this will get resolved today”. at the end they ran a test on the printer to assess ink levels, showing that the printer had a problem. that was clearly the issue from the beginning. they apologized eventually for not being able to solve the problem. finally i asked for a refund, then changed my mind and asked them to send the print job to staples downtown. staples downtown printed the order immediately without problem.nnin short, complete lack of problem solving, empty promises, waste of time, waste of paper, and inability to think critically wasted 2 hours of a busy pre-holiday weekend. if youre looking to print at staples, id recommend going to another location. wont be returning.nnthe attached photo is the original painting with the correct colour. the video is what printed from their machine. the video was not edited at all.
I went here looking for a specific type of modeling clay, and I was floored by the level of customer service. There was a staff member immediately inside the door who asked if she could help me and directed me to exactly where the clay would be. When I got there, another staff member went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. There was only one package left of what I was initially looking for, which wasn't quite enough, but he managed to another package of a different brand which was essentially the same and worked out perfectly for me. No lineup at the cash. I honestly thought that level of customer service didn't exist anymore.
If you need something from the print or shipping area, go with LOTS of extra time. I never get in and out in less than 20 minutes for a simple return and the staff are avoidant/not very engaged. We waited for 10 minutes before someone even said hi when trying to get a passport photo. If you have other options nearby, I’d consider them. I hope to see the management team either add more people, or encourage their staff to show a little bit of enthusiasm.
I needed to make a amazon return and there was one person in front of me and I was waiting for at least 10 minutes. When I got to the front of the line it ended up that I was in the wrong line there was no employe at thenShipping sign literaly right next to the printing sign and then it ended up taking another 5ish minutes from when I changed lines for my return to be processed a process witch usually takes ≈20 seconds.
This review is specifically for a staff member named Daphne I apologize if I've misspelled her name—it could also be Daphe. She provided exceptional customer service when I needed to print a batch of Christmas cards that I had designed myself. Because the cards were custom-designed, it was a complex printing project, and several other staff members were reluctant to help—some even directly refused to assist me. A previous staff member had placed the order incorrectly, and the cards came out with defects. However, Daphne was incredibly kind and took charge of correcting the situation. She reordered the cards for me and genuinely helped me with care and dedication. I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands with her. I would highly recommend that the Staples management recognize Daphne for her exceptional customer service.
