My issue is only with the shipping portion of the store. I've been returning my packages here for at least a couple years. This year I witnessed one of the young women, in front of a customer, whisper to another. They never smile or even react to friendly energy. They clearly don't like or care about their jobs here. I complained to Purolator and my next visit was so lovely. It was a new young girl and she was polite and quick. More efficient and friendly than I've ever had at this store. Now today it is back to how it was. Such a disappointment. I will avoid shipping here at all costs. I can't believe someone so rude and unprofessional still works there. I've been polite and patient for too long. I'll go where the service doesn't make you feel like you or your time don't matter. The only thing good about the people in this store are the door greeters. They actually seem to like their jobs.
Wouldn't allow me to return a printer cartridge without the packaging. Other companies seem to be able to get around that issue, why can't an established company like Staples do it?nnStaff are wonderful, just be sure about what you're buying.
Hire more people on the weekends. Business owners shouldn’t have to wait hours to pick up our items that we ordered in advance.
Good selection of office-related products; Purolator desk e.g. for Amazon returns.nCould do with some new interior design.
We were helped by Fahad at this location while looking for a printer. He had a great energy and a good sense of humour. He was also very knowledgeble about the printer features and overall we had a great service experience with Fahad. Totally recommend him.
