This review is specifically for a staff member named Daphne I apologize if I've misspelled her name—it could also be Daphe. She provided exceptional customer service when I needed to print a batch of Christmas cards that I had designed myself. Because the cards were custom-designed, it was a complex printing project, and several other staff members were reluctant to help—some even directly refused to assist me. A previous staff member had placed the order incorrectly, and the cards came out with defects. However, Daphne was incredibly kind and took charge of correcting the situation. She reordered the cards for me and genuinely helped me with care and dedication. I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands with her. I would highly recommend that the Staples management recognize Daphne for her exceptional customer service.
Do not print your photos here.nnMy partner and I spent hours carefully scanning and uploading family photos to be used at our wedding. We spent over $100 on the process and were told we could have them cut professionally for $45, but it would take three business days. With the wedding approaching, we paid for the service.nnThe production company lost our order, and after multiple phone calls with Staples, the photos were finally expedited. They arrived the day before our wedding, leaving us just 24 hours to assemble the album. When we opened the box, the quality of the prints was shockingly poor - far worse than the originals from the 70s–90s.nnStaples completely botched our order, and as a result, we had no albums at our wedding. After all the effort and money we put in, the outcome was extremely disappointing and deeply frustrating.
The review is only for staff Anish working in the phones isle who was extremely kind and helpful regarding our confusions on the plan. He was not even the one who got us the plan, still he helped us very kindly and professionally. He seems to be an honest hardworking guy. Staples please promote him!
Nice staff, but there's only one counter for all shipping services, and there's always a long lineup since this location is a pickup and drop off point for several different services.nnI spent over 20 minutes waiting because there is only one computer dedicated to shipping services, while at least 3 other computers and staff members sit idly.
Amazing customer service from Harshil in the printing department! He was so polite and helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. I wish more places had such helpful employees!
