How are people with mobility issues supposed to get inside with a sign literally blocking the door button? I understand it’s a demanding job, but staff couldn’t care less about customers. Most of the tester products are empty or so filthy I wouldn’t even touch them. I went on a Wednesday in the early afternoon, so there’s absolutely no reason for it to be so dirty. Try at your own risk.
I booked a makeup lesson with Rie and had such an incredible experience. She really listened to what I was looking for and taught me so many practical tips and tricks in a way that was easy to follow. I originally planned to buy just an eyeshadow, but the products she chose were such high quality—and so perfectly suited to me—that I ended up purchasing much more, all without a hint of sales pressure.nSince my appointment, I’ve been getting compliments every day. I still look like myself, just more polished and confident. I highly recommend booking with Rie. She’s truly exceptional.
The staff at this Sephora are always so helpful and friendly. They really take the time to listen and help you find exactly what you need. I always have a great experience here.
I always have lovely experiences at this Sephora location. All the staff are so friendly, ordering online for pickup has always been hassle free & when I’m looking for something the advisors are so quick to help. I recently had a bad experience at the Sephora pacific centre location, and Robson Sephora’s atmosphere is honestly so much better. Will be sticking to here for all my Sephora shopping now on :
Just attended a sephora class for newcomers here, the people were so so good. The names i remember were juli the instructor and every person helping was so polite. My favourite was gia so helpful so sweet. I would love to come back.
