Extremely rude people who work there and can't really speak English. I was calling to speak to the owner, not about the rude people he has working for him, but she hung up on me. I hope the owner cares enough about his business and reads all of the comments because none of them are good! These rude people you have working there are driving YOUR customers away!

Washing machine ate my $3.25 and I told the staff and she screamed at me that I never put the money in there, that I must of forgot to do it!!! LIKE IM REALLY TRYING TO STEAL $3 FROM YOU LADY! I went there twice a week with my laundry but after the way the women spoke to me and made a scene over $3 I will never be going there again. Not a very a nice way to treat a loyal customer!

I've gotten my 2 full bags of towels STOLEN. The "manager" chose to ignore my calls/NOT help me look at who left with my bags when there is a visible camera device. The worker gave me MAJOR attitude like "Go check the trash someone might've taken it there" of course in Vietnamese. That's what the workers there spoke.
