Stanford's Restaurant & Bar

This Stanford's is reliably great. The food selection is outstanding and the specials sheet suggests entrees that are, in fact, special. The service is uniformily first-rate, especially from Sheri, who has taken the time to remember us by name. The restaurant is popular and roomy, so that being seated is seldom a burden. The restaurant has an affluent, almost club-like feel and yet the appetizers, entrees and all dishes are reasonably priced. This has been a go-to restaurant for years, and will continue to be.

The prime rib on Christmas Day was amazingly delicious. First time we have ever gone out on Christmas Day but, certainly not the last. We plan to go back to Stanford’s next Christmas! Special thanks to our wait person, Jessica. She has great timing and attention to detail. We really appreciate her and other food service professionals for working holidays so that we can enjoy ours more.

Stanford's can be classified as timeless elegance. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The stuffed salmon is phenomenal! Staff are great with getting orders pit on time and plated fresh. One of my favorite places for entertaining business guests.

Normally I'd give Stanford's a five-star rating. Food and wait staff have always been great. But now they are forcing this "living wage surcharge" onto customers. I'm sorry, but that's b.s. Restaurants who think they can get away with ridiculous antics like this can continue on without me.

This is where my wife and I go for a "nice" but not too complicated dinner. The food is quite good, the staff is super friendly... There is never a wait and it's quiet.
