About
Welcome to the RAM. Your stomach wants food. Your taste buds want beer.
Story
The Ram is a private, independent, family-owned and operated restaurant business. We were born on February 26, 1971 when our founders took their entrepreneurial spirit and experiences they received making pizza and serving beer at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor to open their own restaurant. That first restaurant was called the Ram Pub, which was a “Deluxe Tavern” that served hot food, including cook-your-own burgers and steaks, along with beer and wine.
The “Deluxe Tavern” concept gradually evolved throughout the ‘70s into our casual, full-service, family-oriented restaurants of today. Our brand grew further when we opened our first fine-dining dinner house in 1980.
In 1995 we launched the Big Horn Brewing Company. By brewing our own ales and lagers, we are able to offer our guests superior quality, nationally recognized, hand-crafted beers at value prices.

Had the worst experience tonight and honestly I don't think that we'll be going back any time soon. We ordered fish and chips and we were brought 2 pieces instead of 3 as advertised on the pictures. When we asked for more fish and chips, we were brought 2 additional pieces on a single plate, without the fries. Considering the fact that we had 2 orders, we asked for additional fish and chips and we were brought 1 single piece without the fries and given a dirty look by the waitress. I'm under the impression that "unlimited " means exactly that and I sincerely wish there is a note on the add that states how many pieces a person should ask for, so the waitress would not give them attitude and ruin their evening. To make matters worse, when trying to use a coupon, we were told that the fish is already on special, so we can't use a coupon even though our coupon was for buy 1, get one entree free. Their "special " is definitely not worth the attitude and the money! We are NOT going back!

Renee you’re phenomenal. Not to mention the Vodka Strawberry Lemonade Is FIRE so delicious “DEEP EDDY vodka.” I ate a BBQ Bacon Burger with a Side Salad everything was perfect, my lovely Grandmother had her favorite dish. It happened to be my birthday and they surprised me with a Mud Slide Ice Cream Crazyiness that was so delicious it even made the 25 min drive home to my Freezer :) at competitors like “Applebee’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Olive Garden, etc •NO COMPETITION, you will not get service like The Ram..... skip every other restaurant and provide The Ram with your business, because I know one thing I’ll be Back many times to this specific location to see Renee! Your newly 29 year old fan •I’ve got a lot of life left• please don’t change a thing when it comes to service. You know even the manager checked on us twice had a good laugh and I just am so amazed. Thank you, Thank You!

Initially, the wait staff was indifferent. Clearly she did not want to be there. 15 minutes to get water in a virtually empty restaurant followed by a response of, "Um, whatever, I got distracted and lost". Is simply unacceptable. The food is average - nothing to write home about. Truthfully, I would have given a lower rating were it not for the manager and the other/second waitress; both of whom, upon hearing about the first waitress' behavior did everything they could to make sure we were properly taken care of going forwards. If nothing really positive or negative had occurred, it would have been a 3 star experience. The negative would have made it a 1 or even a zero. Alternately, the stellar service of the manager and the second waitress would have warranted 4 or 5 stars. So you can see were it ended up.

The beer selection is limited. That said the happy hour food choices are pretty good here. The portions aren't smaller because it's happy hour so you can have a pretty decent meal. The food can take a little bit to get to you and if you don't sit in the bar area the service is slow and minimal. My son had to use my spoon to eat his soup because the server never came back with one and we had asked multiple times.

Great service. If a wait person is busy, someone (including a manager) will make sure orders are delivered to the tables promptly. Food is good to excellent standard fare with a gourmet twist and nice presentation. The beers we tasted were very good and at happy hour, while not the deal of the century, the quality of food, beer and service make it a very good value.
