I don’t usually leave reviews , but these guys deserve it. I decided to go to this place because of the good reviews, great prices and how efficient they are and let me tell you, I had such an amazing experience with them . They took care of every single detail about my car . I trusted them and it was all worth it. I definitely recomend this place because they deliver quality service and the results are amazing.  
Do not think twice, this is the place to go  .. great job guys!

Great job. Brought my 2005 Honda Pilot in this morning with a loud rumbling sound and with no appointment. 10 minutes later car was on a rack and the problems diagnosed and shown to me. Much of the exhaust system had rusted out, including portions of the catalytic converter. In addition, the brake pads (front and rear) were dangerously low and the rear rotor needed replacement.
Each of the problems were shown to me by Isaac with the car on the rack and repair alternatives discussed. I chose to replace (rather than repair) the exhaust system and had the brake pads and rotors replaced.
Stamford Auto was able to do both repairs the same day by working past their normal (Saturday) hours.
Professional, friendly staff.

Quality, honest work for a reasonable price. The owner is committed to making sure things are done right the first time.

I've gone back now several times for various reasons and continue to be impressed by Isaac and his team! I have since moved out of the area but would highly recommend them.

Brought my car in for a “specific “ Hwy noise problem. Never test drove the car on the Hwy. They fixed another issue claiming that They needed to do so. Ok. $700. Brought the car back 3 weeks later because I don’t drive the car a lot and noticed that the issue remained. This time I demanded an accompanied test drive. Driver said brakes/rotors and caliper should be replaced but isn’t sure the noise will go away. Which would cost an additional $700. Oh and I should replace tires too. Who knows what that will cost me. And to top it off the owner argued claiming I said specific things that I didn’t (because a customer was watching and the owner needed to sound right). It’s funny, when I returned to the shop for the test drive he asked me who I was and what car did I have. Lol. But he remembers what I said when I dropped off the car to be fixed initially. 

Bottom line is yes maybe down the road I would of needed to replace those parts. Tires brakes etc. And the reason why they do this is because it’s easier and more profitable for them to replace every possible thing to fix a problem rather than fix the exact problem. 

If it’s in your budget to process of elimination to fix your car go to Stamford Auto. Otherwise go to a mechanic that can pinpoint the problem from the get go!

Steve did a good job setting up the appointment. The half shaft replacement on my wife's BMW was done promptly and at a good price. I recommend this repair shop for car repairs.
