They do a great job considering they are the go between myself and a insurance company that does not want to pay for anything.Plus the dealer they had to order the parts from supplied the wrong parts twice. No big deal. They kept me well informed!!!! My friend in the car business at a high end brand looked at the final repairs for me and said that the paint work was perfect and they did a great job matching the original color and finishing the edges to perfection. I read the reviews and would say that my experience was top notch!!!

These guys did a great job on my 2016 Yukon Denali. On a rainy day i got t-boned at an intersection in New Canaan, truck didn't look horrible but had lots of damage underneath...looks brand new now. Thanks guys

I brought my late model automobile in for some repair work at My Way Auto Body. The quality of work performed on my automobile was top notch. I did have a snafu during the process, but the front office and back office staff quickly made it right without inconvenience to me. Excellent communication from the client facing staff and the quality of the work delivered by the technicians exceeds what is commonly found from area Body Shops. My Way isn't a low cost repair shop, but good work is not cheap either.

Scam estimates, bait and switch - be very careful. We got an estimate on a small paint job ($40 charge for the estimate). They gave us the estimate plus an additional estimate for more work "to make it better," which was 2.5x higher. We scheduled the appointment for our original plan - and made arrangements to drop it off and to be without the car for 4 days. When we brought it in, we were told they would only do the work for the higher amount and that the estimate was "just to tell you how much it would cost to have it done...not that we would do it." No matter they knew what we wanted when we made the appointment. The shop manager was "unavailable" and I could not get a refund on my $40. Perhaps it's better not to have had the work done - who knows what additional amounts would have been added on. But if you don't want my business, don't waste my time. Don't bait and switch.

Just one word to describe the place. Pathetic The lady on the phone thinks she is doing a great service to humanity by taking your calls The work estimate is never done final they repaired car you get back is poorly done. My car started making a lot of sound when we got it back. I took it back but no better. i seriously feel they lack the skills of doing a good job. Looks more like a scam between the insurance company assessor and the shop. AVOID
