Tony is knowledgeable, reasonable, and looked out for our best interests financially. My wife and I will continue to take our cars here for needed repairs. Being new to Stamford and being from the mid-west, we were unsure if we would find a reasonable and trusted mechanic. But a friend referred us to Shippan auto repair and it has been a great experience!

Tony was great! My driver side window was stuck all the way down but with a snow storm coming, among other reasons not to keep your car window rolled down when the car is unattended, I definitely needed it fixed ASAP. I called ahead, the shop was closing in one hour but Tony fit me in. Timeframe was quick and pricing fair. Will definitely go back but hopefully won't have to for a while!

I trust Tony with my life. I was introduced to him by a fellow employee at a local limousine service (who would know about local repair shops) and I've taken my cars and my children's cars to him for the past 12 years. He is an honest tradesman. He had better not ever retire, at least not until I move to another part of the country.
