We went to Stacy’s to get some items for our new puppy. We were helped by Daisy, who was the most knowledgeable and helpful person we have ever encountered in a pet store - and we have owned dogs on several continents so we have a lot of experience. Daisy took a lot of time to explain the difference between varying products and was friendly and not in least trying to just ‘sell us something’. This is now our go-to pet store, without question.
Friendly, helpful staff and an amazing array of products for animals! They always have what I need. And they support Bee Meadow Farm with regular fundraisers for their rescue animals. I am so happy we have this pet store in our community.

I ordered a black dumbo rat, I drove there as soon as I got the call for the rats arrival. They present me with a white and grey rat and tell me that this is what I ordered, meanwhile I can see there are 2 BLACK DUMBO RATS behind the glass and when I inquired about them the bigger lady that works there told me they were snake food and I couldn’t have them, she proceeded to give me attitude because I didn’t want the white and grey rat, talking about how she has to pay to return the animal. I left the store completely shook, that lady was so unprofessional and rude

Friendly staff. Animals are healthier looking than other pet shops in town. It's a small place but the employees know their stuff and take better care of the animals.
