An amazing day out! The new location is much larger and the employees are so friendly. I was thrilled to see all types of dogs and cats flooding the store to get their pictures taken with Santa absolutely adorable!

Went there to look at the tropical fish. They were all separated in little tiny containers, barely alive. Lying on one side and almost looked dead. It was not nice to watch. I don’t know if they go to a aquarium at the end of the day…

I cannot thank Andrew enough for his help Saturday with my fish. I have been having some issues with water quality since I started my tank a couple months ago and Andrew was able to help me figure out what the problem was. He was kind and spent a generous amount of time walking me through all the steps to get my tank where it needs to be and was such a wealth of knowledge. I know where I’ll be going from now on!
I phoned Pet Smart tonight get advice and the lady tht answered all my questions about my cat because she sick she was a very pleasant lady thumbs up to pet Smart
I booked an appointment for my toy poodle 2 weeks before ,then I got a call saying that they will not take her because of her age and she is so delicate! I’ve always taken her there because she was never traumatized when I went to picked her up . I did take her somewhere else once and she was not happy when I got her so I went back to pet smart ! Now they refuse to groom her what can I do ?

Andrew the manager is costing you good business from great customers of 7 years!!! I have been shopping at petsmart for 7 years for my dogs but I will not be returning until Andrew, who claims to be a manager, sincerely apologizes or is fired. In all my life I have never been disrespected by a customer service representative, let alone someone who claims to be the manager. He wasn't wearing a name tag and said he doesn't have to wear one. This started because Andrew refused a coupon for our dog food. I asked to speak with the manager who is also a good friend of my sister's snd he said he is the manager and that the other manager was on lunch so laughed and said it'll be a long wait. I decided to proceed with my order but let Andrew know I'd be calling head office to complain. Andrew laughed and said "have fun with that. I'm the one who deals with complaints". I told him he was being very rude and that he should stop talking because he was only making things worse. He then told me to leave his store and refused to let me buy my dogs food. I explained that we were almost out and needed it, he said "too bad, come back tomorrow" and then said "leave the store or I'm calling police". This all happened on front of a large line up of customers. I spend hundreds of dollars every month on grooming and pet supplies for my two large breed dogs and Andrew just cost the company a very good customer!! We left and drove to Stacey's pet depot to find a new brand of food and a new groomer and ran into fellow dog owners. As I was sharing my experience at Petsmart they asked if the guy I was telling them about was 'a tall and skinny guy'. We told them yes and they explained that Andrew is the reason they don't shop at PetSmart anymore and that they have both filed complaints about him. I wonder how many other customers have taken their business elsewhere because of horrible excuse for an employee???? Im betting there are many‍ This Andrew has gone on to slander my good name on my fb review claiming I was swearing and giving a very dishonest account of what took place. Thankfully I have witnesses and it was video recorded Police have advised me to call my lawyer in the am if the slanderous comments are not removed which I have every intention on doing!!!
