Stable - Tenth Avenue Cafe

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for a staycation on her birthday. I had dropped in to Stable before Covid for a coffee but was unaware it had now reopened. Wow did they do it right on the reopening. The new manager of this hotel really stepped up the game with this little gem. The tapas selection is small but diverse. The staff are friendly and we came out into the lobby lounge to relax with our drinks and snacks only to discover RECORDS to play at your pleasure. Apparently Heritage Music supplies all the records and they are also for sale. What a great idea!!

Love and hate relationship with Stable at Tenth. What I love: great coffee, local ingredients, friendly staff, good drink list, convenient location as a resident in Residence Inn we came frequent and often What I don’t like: Food prices at the higher end and sometimes we waited 5+ minutes for ordering coffee including staff not being there

Super chic place to grab a drink. Love that they have a collection of vinyl that you can pick from for them to play. We went here for #YYCHotChocolateFest and as tasty as it was, it wasn't as described on the website.

Warm, cosy and the buffalo milk Burrata is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life. It’s so delicious and simple. Coffee is good too :

I LOVE Stable Café! The staff are always so attentive, polite, and the drinks are incredible! I had the Beef Brisket gluten free as well and the chef, Jinny, always says hello and smiles when I come in. Such a lovely atmosphere, music is great, and the staff make it feel homey!

Stood at the register for about 10 mins before anyone even acknowledging me. Hot chocolate was luke warm. When leaving no one said thank youno4 good bye or anything. Even after I said " thank you bye" horrible

Great spot for a quick bite and coffee. The bartender Cullen also spins some great vintage vinyl!!!

Dropped in this evening to check it out since it's finally re-opened. My husband and I mostly my husband stay at this Marriott every week. Unfortunately, the server working today was wearing an open plastic mask. These do absolutely nothing and don't follow the Covid rules of having a mask that covers your nose and mouth. It makes us wonder what other safety precautions aren't being followed. Fortunately, there are other places close by where staff use appropriate face masks. All the rest of the Marriott staff att this location do an excellent job following rules, making us feel very comfortable. Maybe Stable isn't managed by the Marriott? Looking forward to trying this restaurant one of these days. The decor and atmosphere look lovely. Sadly, today wasn't that day for us .

Absolutely love this place! Ambiance. Vinyl music. Coffee. Food. Drinks. Opens early and closes late. Super friendly staff. Shoutout to their amazing manager too, Jessica! You're the best!

It's like my second home. They have a white hat awarded Supervisor and she makes sure everyone is treated like a VIP. I want to try the afternoon menu..cowboy Caviar for Lady Caviar..yes!! J'aimez boucoup le soupe du jour~ mmm okra! Mon petit ami aimez som limonade. Stop in for the leather couches and the cozy coffee in ceramic mugs .
