We need St Al’s to come in and give some competition. This place is awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Charge an arm and a leg, and get uncertIfied nurses training on patients. The second time I’ve been there in the past year and gotten a nurse who hasn’t finished school. What a joke. Never again, I’ll drive to Boise before I’ll go back to this overpriced training facility.

My husband and I had an accident near Twin Falls and was taken to this facility. We were a long way from home and had lost everything in this accident, as we were in a motor home and our belongings were mostly lost or destroyed. We were impressed with everyone in general . The nursing staff was very helpful. They got my husband and I clothes to wear when we left the hospital as my clothes had been cut off of me and my husbands were covered in blood. It was so wonderful to have these caring people as we had no family here. Our only complaint was the lack of bedside manner by the hospital surgical Dr. that we were assigned. May God bless all these great people!

After a month of evident pancreatitis I was discharged for the third time in pain and ignored and lied to. Also accused of possible opiate dependency by staff. I won't name them. But after being lied to and no accommodating pain control they just let me go. Wow what a hospital and no respect. I only had two excellent doctors that cared at all and when they went off rotation the replacements just didn't care. Only one treatment was tried. I can't eat without massive pain and they honest to God could care less.

My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism and attitudes of every single employee taking care of me. My problems were their problems which they resolved very quickly. We are lucky to have a first rate hospital in Twin Falls.

My husband was in ER and a regular room. Then went to rehab. I loved the fact they offered a place for rvs so loved ones can be near the hospital.
