I would of rated him a 5, but he has not done the surgery yet. Lol. It has taken me over 1.5 years to get up the courage to get catorac surgery. Dr. Klingler was so easy to talk with and he explained everything in detail. His staff was amazing, his technician that examined me and did the eye test was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. The whole experience was great. I am really feeling good about this upcoming surgery. Dr. Klingler and his staff made me feel very comfortable.
I had an appointment with Dr. Klingler. His technician checked my eyes and did a poor job. She didn't answer questions. I couldn't see and she yelled and said 1 or 2 which one is better? I said neither. She said one of them is better which one? I asked her three times to quit the exam. She then dilated my eyes. Dr. Klingler checked me and sent me out with no sunglasses on. I fell down outside. UPDATE: I went back a month later and saw Ron. He rechecked my eyes and later I went and got my new prescription. I couldn't wear them. They gave me worse than migraines, I was throwing up and stumbling. I went back to Ron and he did NOT recheck my eyes but told me my new glasses were made to the right prescription. I tried again to wear them but I couldn't. I was sick even when I went back to my old glasses. I went in to the place that made them and Brian really was kind but only offered to make them back to my old prescription. Which today, 7-11-22 I can't wear. There's something off about them. I almost wrecked because the right eye is off. So that being that. I now own three pairs of glasses two with the same prescription and a new pair that is supposed to be the same but aren't. The newest pair was $713. I'm on Medicaid and I don't have money to waste. Thanks to Dr. Klingler and Ron, I'm out that money. If I could sue them, I would.
