go to somewhere else. its closed Fridays so you cannot call them for three days of the week. The shuffling around with the automated systems seem to be set up to discourage patients from even trying to contact St. Luke's Clinic – Behavioral Health Services. So If you do go there , good luck.

Terrible. I feel as if I walk into a circus tent trying to get medical attention. When I first had my heart issues, I went into ER and was told I simply had Anxiety. I knew that was wrong. Because I was insistent that it wasn't anxiety he against his better judgement had me wear a halter monitor. I did. The tech told me they would contact me directly with results. So I waited for the anticipated week I was told it would take, I called immediately and was told, if they haven't contacted you yet, then results aren't in. So I waited another week (still having symptoms of heart attack in meantime) called again, they told me they didn't see where I had even wore a monitor and to call medical records. I contact medical records, they say I need to speak with cardiology. I speak with them, vice versa. I finally call ER, tell them what is going on who ordered the halter asking if he had results, the man on the phone said he couldn't give me that information but it I am having heart problems to go to the ER so they can do EVERYTHING (he explained the process I had already done and was waiting for) again. I declined. So I waited another week, finally by the 3rd week I got a hold of a single helpful person in Medical records who explained to me that the results wouldn't be given to me directly, that I needed to have a physician order them in. She explained results had been in for sometime. I contact a physician 140 miles out of town to avoid this hassle again and have him order my results. He tries to get my results, but he is denied. I call medical records, the lady there I wish I remember her name... said I had to sign a consent form to release information, but I had to make an appointment to do so and I would be charged if I wanted my own copy. I just hung up. I call back the next day angry that I need to make an appointment to have my Dr. get results from almost 4 weeks prior at this point. The woman said that was NOT true, my records are free and there is absolutely no appointment necessary and she even said I could just have my Dr. send a cover letter to request my records. Finally ... my records were sent. So after seeing the good doctor 140 miles away, he orders me to have a bubble test done, unfortunately there were no available appointments while I was in town so I had to go back to St. Lukes Magic Valley to do it. I went in and the tech was very nice, helpful, etc. everything was going smooth until he had the LPN come in to inject me with saline. She came in washed her hands put gloves on and was ready to inject me when she realized she forgot her tubing. So she hands the un-capped syringe to the tech and has him hold it. He stood over me holding it un capped in the air waving it around joking with me, then she comes back in with tubing doesn't wash her hands puts gloves on and is prepping me while he holds the syringe still with un gloved hands, contaminating it... he commented on her necklace and she responded and with her gloved hands, touched and fondled her trinkets. She grabbed the syringe and fired away. I was a little blown away by this, but then when all was said and done, she threw my used syringe in a regular trash bin, un capped waiting to poke someone. After all that I discover I have a hole in my heart, and my primary Dr. says I need a cardiologist, and asks if I want one in town (LAUGHTER) No, I chose Boise which is about a 2 hour drive. So now, today, I call my Cardiologist who needed to order CD of bubble test from St. Lukes Magic Valley and says he is having trouble getting it from St. Lukes. It's this constant lack of ability there and I frankly do not trust their capabilities to take care of patients by my first impression that has been what seems ever lasting and very bad. I won't go there again. I will continue to drive 2 hours each direction of me when it comes to health issues. I don't feel I should have to pay these people to give me terrible service. Yet I receive a $1200 bill I will have to pay. Unreal.

After I was denied service by Dr. Baker at the St Lukes Hospital I called Dr. Helmes and he was on VACATION. So I need my thyrod medicine and I can not see a doctor, they are all in vacation during the december holidays. What is worst the undeucated receptionist do not help at all. Nor do they care about the patients. I change my doctor to one in Ketchum where they have a much, much better service.
