As I recall as I was last there in 1990. It is a nice little park. Easy to walk around. Great views from all around. Worth a visit when in Vancouver.
Cool little statue replica near the shore; right by the mermaid girl on a rock. Great place to take photos of the Lions Gate Bridge and mountains.
In close proximity to the mermaid girl perched on a rock, there is a cool small statue imitation. Excellent location for shots of the mountains and the Lions Gate Bridge.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes

Pretty cool, something to check out on the road around the park, don't forget the mermaid girl!
A cool stop along the waterfront.
Great place to take photographs of the Lion's Gate bridge. Lot's of birds around for bird photography. Sea airplanes fly out of the bay on a regular basis and there is a view to Canada Place where the Cruise ships get docked. All in all a great place to take pictures. The parking is by your license plate number, so you can pay at one point and park at different points in the park.
Nice view of the city. Nice spot for photographers.
It was nice to see, but it was raining and I didn’t get to fully appreciate itVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
This replica is a monument to the SS Empress of Japan that carried passenger across the Pacific Ocean over 400 times. It was placed in Stanley Park in 1927 Parking is about 1/8 mile away but there is a good paved trail to the monument.
