Over the years I have sent this company a lot of business , will be looking for another provider. Not sure what has happened up there but the service is now horrific. Email responses from commercial underwriters are taking more than a week, only to find out that the person you were working with left on vacation with no forwarding information as to who is the new contact ?? Found someone named Frank who was less than helpful, time for a new market.
