I have been with broker link on and off for years. I always have had great service and an understanding broker. When I was 20 they were the only company who thoroughly explained insurance policies for auto to me so I could make an informed choice.

Terrible. Do yourself a favour and call any other insurance company or broker and you will save money. Took me 5 minutes to get a quote over the phone with another company and it saved me 1300 a year for my car insurance, but these hacks were giving me the best deal possible. Yeah right. Scam.

Dealing with Sylvia, 6 days of trying to get insurance, still in the process (another company could have had it done in 1 day). Very hard to get a hold of. She tells my husband she is going to call the insurer to approve the policy, he talks to her 3 business days later to find out she still has not done it. During one call in he was mistaken for another customer and given their quote. Terrible service! If this is how they handle sales, imagine how bad service is when you become a client. Going to go through another broker as signing up is a painfully slow, disorganized and frustrating. Do not recommend!

Recieved inaccurate information from client service representative, that ended up costing me as the brokerage won't accept responsibility for their reps errors.
