SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mystic Waterford

The rooms were fine and the evening front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the person working the desk earlier in the day checked in our group without us all being there and out the rooms under other names that we didn't know. It was still under the correct account but with the wrong guest names which caused a lot of confusion as we had to check in late after a business event. This was frustrating to deal with at what otherwise should have been a 5 star experience which is why I'm knocking 2 stars off for the staff member who didn't pay attention to detail.

Large king suite. Awesome customer service. Excellent breakfast with 2 hot items, make your own waffle and plenty of other breakfast options!

We stayed overnight at the hotel after spending the day in block island. The room was really nice and the front desk was super friendly. The beds were also extremely comfortable however there was a very questionable white stain on one of the blankets... other than that, we had a good time.

This is the best hotel i ever stayed at. This place have have suites at motels places. It very cheap. These suites is worse alot more money than we pays. I love this place.
