Clean open rooms with interesting layouts which can accommodate guests if desired. Beds and pillows are medium firm, matter of preference there. Didn't try the breakfast or other amenities but they did supply a good arrangement of little toiletries. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. Safe and secluded area with grocery stores and fast food within a moderate walking distance and a timely shuttle to and from the casino. All in all a decent place to stay for the weekend!

this Hyatt hotel is perfectly located 2 miles from Mohegan Sun casino. the room was very clean,the bed was very comfortable. they have a nice hot breakfast buffet in the morning and and late night menu for us night owls. the staff was helpful and pleasant.there also is a heated pool. definitely would stay here again. the price for 1 night was reasonably. there also is s shuttle to Mohegan Sun casino.

A pipe burst at the Hyatt Place causing us not to be able to check in to our room on time for the bachelorette party, causing us to be late for our reservations, and causing many amenities in the hotel not to be fully functional. Now I understand that the a pipe bursting is not controllable, but the staff's response was largely unhelpful and no restitution for the lost time was made. A room upgrade, money off of our reservation or even a future room discount would have at least made us feel like the Hyatt understood how much of an inconvenience this was. Instead, we had been told that they were not authorized by Hyatt to make restitution, that the promo code we had been provided through Mohegan was not applicable and that even though we were supposed to be offered a complimentary breakfast it was not for the number of people we had said would be staying in the room. Overall, it was a horrendous and unprofessional experience that I will be sharing with friends. The staff was not even willing to make an apology to us and the bride was incredible disappointed. Not only that, but we heard from the fire department that they left dogs inside the rooms even though they considered it unsafe.

Stayed for one night in a two queen room. First, check in was a breeze. Very quick and easy, Ashley told us about everything, including the free shuttle to the casino. Room was nicer than I was expecting with two beds and a pull out sofa! There was plenty of room in here also. I felt like I was at home, entertaining guests, as we had a little gathering before we went out for the night. Liked the addition of the mini fridge. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of glassware for us to use. Great shower. Having the sink outside of the bathroom was a great call also. Complimentary breakfast was more than your standard toast and fruit. Plenty of options to choose from, and we didn't feel rushed even though we arrived close to the cutoff time. No hassle check-out, plenty of free parking. Overall a great hotel. If I go to Mohegan again, I will definitely choose this place over the higher priced casino rooms!

The location was close to the casino and the shuttle ran every half hour to get you there and back. The rooms were so nice and clean. The bedding was comfortable and I couldn't hear anything from the outside once in my room. Would definitely come here again.
