The overall service experience was outstanding! The staff was awesome and friendly from the check in to the housekeeping to the bar tenders and servers at breakfast, particularly our bartender Cyndi! The free shuttle to and from the casino was an added bonus which we did not knowing in advance. The room itself however left some to be desired, the room seemed dingy and old and the wall had some clear water damage and seemed partially caved in and the wall paper all wrinkled and yellowed along this portion. The lobby and in hotel bar/restaurant were well taken care of and appeared newly renovated. For the rate per night I would have expected a nicer room and bed, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff is very professional and polite. The rooms are always clean. I appreciate the shuttle to the casinos on the weekend. Many nice restaurants nearby and historical things to see.

Friendly staff, great value,wonderful pool and hot tub. They are always so kind to my grandchildren.that's good enough for me. It's the only place we stay when visiting our navy family.

Was there over the last weekend June 2017. Rt 12 is down the road from Navy base. Everything was nearby and Mystic about 10 minute drive. Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Hot buffet breakfast in the dining room was very good. The only negative about the breakfast was we were there four nights and the breakfast was always the same. I think they could make eggs different or fresh fruit bowl. But no complaints at all. There is an indoor pool and hot tub and people were always in them. Have to go back there in a few months and will go to this hotel. We've previously stayed in Mystic Seaport and not as nice as this.

The Customer Service at the hotel was very good. Randy at the Front Desk (Overnight) did an excellent job of checking us in and provided us then with everything needed to enjoy our overnight stay, including late checkout the following day at 1p. The Free Breakfast (Buffet) given the next morning was delicious. I am looking forward to returning.
