Spring Roll Restaurant

Great food, quickest service in town, cheapest lunch ever. Building could use a reno. Lunch specials, won ton soup, and Vietnamese spring roll highly recommended.

You are not paying for ambiance here or culinary finesse, but the food is incredibly satisfying. They have a HUGE vegetarian menu with tons of stuff you won’t find anywhere else in the city. You really can’t beat the deluxe wonton soup - ask for it with peanut broth. For under $10, you get a huge container filled with wontons, tofu, veggies, veggie beef, and veggie chicken. They also offer free delivery. The best.

First time for me and I am going back for sure. Not run of the mill treatment for favourite dishes. Good stuff

The Spring Roll Restaurant has appealing lunch specials. Although the building is short on curb appeal the dining room is clean and spacious. There is clearly a lot of pride taken in keeping things is good order. The food is decent, it's about what you'd expect from the average local Chinese food place that goes for the average price. The staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. I personally only ever go when it'd dead and have a bowl of soup while they get my order together so I can't say what having an entire meal at the restaurant would be like. The quality of the food in a take out basis has been decent. I will return.

The mushrooms were just right. And the spring rolls were cheap and huge. Being a local guide I would recommend this place anytime.
