McDonald's

Great food. But I recommend not ordering at night. The food tastes like oven toasted leftovers. Chicken nuggets are hard and crusty. Fries are hard and crusty. Burger was too wet.

Unbelievably poor service and that is saying something. Recent years in western canada the service and speed and order accuracy has been poor but this last visit was over the top. FYI I have the receipts and photos of what you demean the entire organization by calling managers. While I realize the restaurant I chose in Winnipeg was in an inner city area (as it has a play place for my children on Xmas eve day) - the lack of organization, basic hygiene and worst of all the level.of contempt with which all customers were treated was seriously embarrassing - especially as an ex employee of McDonald's - I found this performance disgusting. I expect nothing will be done but a serious audit / action taken to address the lack of care and attention paid at this store... I've seen franchise stores more compliant with less complaints.

Ive gone here one too many times. These people are a joke. Charge you for condiments and then dont put them in the bag. Their ice cream/ milkshake machine NEVER works. If you ask for No onions & No pickles on your burger they will LOAD the burger with extra onions and nasty old pickles. They serve you Cold old fries. And almost ALWAYS make you pull over and wait for your terrible excuse of a meal. Then you have to go inside and wait 15 minutes for them to TRY and make it right. This place is a Joke and should really think of hiring some people that can actually speak english. FFS.

The big Mac has gotten smaller over the years. Lettuce want fresh, fries weren't hot. Disappointed.

Went here on January 7/2018 @330pm Very dirty, no napkins, when I brought it to staff attention, nothing was restocked. The manager (Wearing no name tag)won't address a customer complaint she completely ignored and wont answer the frustrated customer. She got another employee to deal with it and she went on serving and doing other things. The poor man was so upset. Manager is very immature. Wont be going there again.
