Fit For Life

A very quiet place to have a cup of coffee at 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. Coffee was made from a machine that seemed to be push and serve as it was a bit sweeter than I would have liked. While sitting there the owner came out and shared a sample smoothie for us. We'll go back there again

Just got the $5 breakfast bowl with turkey sausage, loved it so much everything tasted fresh and service was so welcoming and nice. Hard to decide what I wanted to try first everything sounds so good

OMG I've been looking for a keto-friendly place to eat for a while and this was just perfect. Service was amazing plus they helped me find the perfect keto meal just for me. And it was actually good quality so i was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to everyone!

Ordered a wrap, paid for it and then waited at the table for over 15 minutes before it came. Came out very small when it eventually arrived, definitely not worth $8 plus tax. In addition to this the wrap was burnt and very disappointing, but I was hungry.

Fresh and delicious sandwiches and salads. The staff is humble and friendly. Yummy panini!!!

have Tried their foods multiple times, I love fit for life steak , smoothies, protein shakes, Their prices are reasonable and have excellent customer service with nice sitting area to enjoy warm and fresh lunch
