Every time I go shopping there the clerks / employees are so busy talking to each other , they act like it’s a hardship to wait on me. They can be looking right at you. My husband has the same issue . This has been that way for years so I’m guessing it is lack of proper training . Also hiring people with no work ethics . I was ready to buy shoes but the service was so bad that I will not be getting them there . 3 service providers all standing there . Ridiculous.

I bought new bindings from their ski shop and needed them mounted same day on a pair of skis purchased elsewhere. They were able to mount my bindings same day despite being really busy so we could ski a great powder day the next day when school was cancelled. Very knowledgeable sales and ski techs, great job!!

I can't say enough about how thankful I am to have this business in our community. Brandon and the team in the Whitefish ski shop recently helped me to FINALLY find the right ski boot. The staff in the Whitefish store are all excellent, Caitlin in the service department has gone above and beyond helping me with my set up and fitting boots to ski's. They are are always happy to give advice even if I'm not buying anything. It is always my go to store for equipment.
