Don "K" Whitefish

I'm based in Great Falls and had been looking for a 2018 Equinox with very specific criteria for a while. I called Don K and Mark informed me that they didn't have the one I wanted in their inventory but went above and beyond to try to hunt one down. That's when Charles stepped in to finish the deal! Not only did he find the exact Equinox I wanted, but he also gave me a great deal and had it shipped to me so I didn't have to travel to go get it. Great teamwork, salesmanship, and respect from a car dealership.

Great staff! Helpful & well informed. Walked us through every step and answered all our questions in detail. A really pleasant experience. Justin worked with us on some challenging scheduling issues which we appreciated as we were moving from out of town.

James was AMAZING to work with. No pressure, no cheesy sales tactics, answered my questions openly, and honestly. Travis and Josh Rocked getting me the deal I wanted on my trade in and financing so I am a happy camper! Best experience EVER buying a vehicle!! I will be back when we need another vehicle!!

We bought an 09 dodge from here. Everyone was extremely nice! However, they barely detailed and serviced the truck. There was cosmetic damage everywhere. The electronic panel covering was missing, and the buttons on the driver door don't work. When we got into kalispell right after buying it, we were driving in front of the blue cow and it shut down and turned back on again. Today (6 days later), the truck is overheating. It’s probably just empty on coolant, but then again it’s empty on coolant 6 days later... Meaning they didn’t maintain their vehicles. The service was excellent, but their vehicles are not worth the money. I had a way better experience at Toyota in Kalipsell. The car from Toyota has never had one problem 1.5 years later. When I got it, there wasn’t even a snag in the cloth seats. The buttons on the radio weren’t even worn out. I will never do business with Don K in Whitefish again.

Mark Beck was very helpful and patient and getting me set up in my new Colorado. He helped me so much with the technology and understanding everything. I will always deal with him in the future. Thank you for being so good
