We are a full service sporting goods store located in the beautiful Flathead Valley in NW Montana, with Glacier Park at our backdoor. I came in to see if I could get my ski boots improved to reduce my discomfort. They quickly helped me and discussed which options I have. They put pads on my feet and we compressed the insulation on my pinch points. They heated up my boots and then I wore them for 15 minutes. I took my boots off for a bit, removed the pads and then put the boots back on. There was definite improvement but not enough. They then gave me the option to shave down my insulation tongue which I accepted. I tried them on again after they shaved it and a significant improvement again. The guys were very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and and had great attitudes in the ski hut. I highly recommend this place for your ski needs.

My brothers and I were looking around the store (Kalispell) for something to waste our gift cards on when I noticed we had been being followed by an employee for the length of the store. After I Noticed this I realized we had been profiled as teenagers looking for a five finger discount (shoplifting). To make sure we were being followed we walked the whole length of the store again and I noticed the employee had told his manager of his suspicion. They both were now trying to be sneaky but obviously following us around the entire store. We finally decided we were done with this unjustness and left the store. The manager proceeded to follow us outside and walk up to our car to get our license plate number. We all felt thoroughly abused and this ruined our entire evening. While we were there for an hour only one employee asked if we needed help the whole time. In conclusion, the customer service is horrible and the products are overpriced. I will try to avoid going to this store ever again.

Very expensive! Have bought here before. Keep trying to give them a chance. Went on their website today to see if they had what I wanted to buy. Dumbest site ever. Can’t look up items which means you can’t see prices. Just DEPARTMENT sections where they blab about generic items. You actually have to go in to see if they carry what you want. Guess I’ll keep getting overcharged at Cabelas! Oh wait Big Five I don’t get to experience your movie set depicting the outdoors but your prices are lower for the same gear. Here I come!

Fantastic customer service. Employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are on the higher side, but quality of goods is also.

Was in today trying to find my son football cleats & socks. 3 employees walked passed us & not one asked if we could be helped. Finally, I got the attention of someone & asked. She said she would find somebody, but after 15 minutes, nobody showed up. Placed the cleat I wanted help with on the desk & walked out. Passed a bearded guy who appeared to work in the shoe department down further, who was apparently very busy holding up the fake rock display used to test shoes. HORRIBLE service!!! Very small selection of athletic shoes, as well as minimal selection of hunting rifles & gear. Don't be deceived by the size of the building from the outside, because there isn't much inside.
