Bought a cake for beloved's birthday. Ordered via email, without prepay. Asked for a cake in rustic style with a lot of berries and greens and special messaging on the cake. Unfortunately, there were no text on birthday cake & no greens... though, the cake looked pretty and tastes good. Thank you

Gave a deposit for a wedding cake.....called months in advance to cancel as my son chose to marry in another state. Debi never returned refund even though I left several messages. She never answered
