Cabela's

Let me start by saying how excited I was when this store first opened. So stoked that we were finally getting a Cabela's and sadly was very disappointed. I'm a very avid gun buyer. I usually buy 2 guns a month and have been to Cabela's several times to only stand at the counter for 10+ minutes cause no one will help me. I've literally have had employees walk right past me. I was in there buying a new hunting rifle cause it was on sale. I stood at the counter and no one ever cared to ask me how it was going. So I stood there for 15 minutes then decided to go to sportsmans to buy the same gun. I even paid more for the gun there just cause I couldn't handle being passed by employees acting like I'm nothing. Today I was in and asked a simply question about ammo. I asked and sadly I got a smart ass response back. Due to this I will not be shopping at Cabela's. I tried my hardest to like this store but the way the employees act is just sad. Ive worked retail and was a manager and if I had an employee acting this way it would not be tolerated. Very disappointed.

When I was a kid I loved Cabela's. I'm not sure if their quality has gone down or I am just aware of it more now- but they sell a lot of cheap Chinese garbage. I need stuff that's guaranteed to work not stuff that's guaranteed to be replaced when it breaks. This store especially bothers me- I asked about several items and every time was told "we can have that shipped right here or right to you house" might as well just have a kiosk instead of a store....

Worst service I have ever had. Took 20 minutes to get any help. I had to ask twice to get help. Then I bring my new cabelles smoker home and there were several parts missing. I called the store. They don't have any more. The lady I was talking to said You should of bought the 30 inch smoker we have a lot of those. I just waited 10 days for the 40 inch to come in. I was pissed off then. They got the store Manager. (Jerry). He told me he would try to get one in a few days. JERRY SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT ALL CHECKED FOR PARTS AND ASSEMBLED. HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE AT 4PM WHEN I PICKED IT UP. HE WAS NOT THERE. IT WAS IN A DAMAGED BOX. The lady that was helping asked Branden for help. He said no and walked away. I asked about buying a cold smoker . I was told to order it online. The Manager (Jerry) obviously isn't doing his job.

An excellent selection of outdoor merchandise mostly geared toward hunting and fishing. Firearm department is as good or better than any other in the valley. Great sales!

I'm new to archery. I got my first bow at the Kalispell lactation and Nathen walked me through every step. He set up my bow to me. Prefect customer service. Got a second bow for my wife there because of the great customer service. Definitely impressed highly recommend this store. Thanks again Nathen. Your dedication to helping a customer is what keeps us coming back
