Sportsman's Warehouse

Went in to purchase a new side arm this evening after having difficulty finding the right one at other stores. An awesome individual greeted me immediately and started helping me with full focus. I had some issues with my bank card and the store was nearing closing. Three individuals made sure to stay 30 minutes after closing just to ensure I got what I needed in order for me to get my awesome new pistol. 5 stars easy!! Good prices, great services and some pretty awesome employees!

Rooms were awesome, staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the food was all excellent. We had a 3-day meeting here and they did an awesome job hosting the 150 of us!

My costumer service experiences in this store are terrible. Went in to purchase a bow I found on their website. “Do you have this bow in stock” “Don’t see it” “Can you look in the computer” “Oh yeah it says we have three upstairs” (blank stare) “Can we look at one” “Umm I guess” (Returns with box) (blank stare) “Can we open the box so we can see it” “Umm yeah” We then asked several questions that he couldn’t answer, so I asked him if he could find someone that could answer them. For some reason he couldn’t. Me (blank stare) Turned and walked out. Went to Big Sky Archery purchased a bow and spent two hours there setting it up and had a great time. Best to talk to the pros. It’s fine that that gentleman (I use that term loosely) at Sportsmans didn’t know anything about bows. But he could have been polite and helpful.
