We had an emergency in the middle of last winter due to birds crashing into our picture window of our home. Sub Zero temperatures but they showed up to do a temporary fix until our special order glass would arrive. Snow up to their thighs and bone chilling temps DIDN'T stop Mark or Charles. They installed our new window and gave us a Christmas Discount as the accident was NOT covered by our insurance!!!! THANK YOU NORTHERN ROCKIES GLASS!
