Thanks for doing the right thing! There is no reason "weapons of war" should be available to any nut job that wants to buy one! I'm sure your business will thrive even more, especially because 70% of the population favors a ban on assault rifles. Let's put an end to the senseless slaughter!

Their customer service is horrible. No one seems to want to help you. You ask for something and they point, its over there. One man even told me Uintah golf probably has those in stock. Would not even off to order them ... OK fine. I am sure they will sell us some golf irons. My business is leaving this location.

I was helped by several sales representatives while buying football equipment for my son. First in shoes, then again by 2 young men in the sports equipment department and again by the friendly cashier. I was impressed! One associate went on the back several times to get what I needed. I will be back and this trip changed my thoughts of Dick’s as I previously thought they were just an over priced sporting goods store. Thanks for the service y’all!!!

Young ladies more interested in chatting with each other than helping me find what I need (Jan 23 visit)...does the management ever read these things ?? ......after reading the last several reviews, they don’t....
