Sport Chek Sevenoaks Shopping Centre

The manager looks at everyone like they are going to steal from him. We shop there quite a bit and I often hear him calling people names to someone else that he's talking to on his headset. His customer service skills are not up to par at all. He talks to other customers rudely. To be honest I think this guy is a bit of a knob. I've never had an issue with the staff and the hockey section employees are helpful. Limited inventory at times so I go to chilliwack store more often than Abbotsford because there is a better chance the item is there. All in all its an okay store with some pretty good deals at times.

The employee that works in bike section was awesome!! Had experience with the products to recommend the best among the selection. The employee at front was helpful as well.

Not a flagship store so some of the products and services are limited, but it's a large store and one can find lots of items.

Tech manager Wayne is rude. I got a defective gopro online and their head office confirmed that the retail store would be able to replace it for me. He rejected and kept saying that the head office gave us the wrong information and they will do it anyway. However, when i talked to the head office, they said they should replace it within 90 days. He did not apologize for it and keep insisted that that's their policy with the gopro. I didn't want to argue with him. Just got my replacement and left. I would never shop in this store. In fact I might not want to shop ato sportchek ever again. Thank you.
