Be careful what you buy here. Very strict return/exchange policy, contradictory statements by staff as mentioned by other reviewer. Staff told me i can get a refund in case my friend didn’t like the gift I bought. Nooope! Had to argue over policy for 15 min- i was lucky enough to have received store credit. Never again.

Last minute (night before, while I was at work) I found out that i had to get a different dress for my brother's wedding. Le Chateau staff were super helpful in finding the dresses and size that I asked for over the phone and getting me in and out of the change rooms asap in the morning when I got there. Still managed to be ready for the wedding before my sisters or my brother! Thank you, le chateau, for helping me avert disaster!

Just before Christmas I went to purchase a $200.00 gift card for my wife. I specifically asked "If my wife does not shop here is it possible to bring card back and get a refund?" The response was yes. Turns out my wife did not want to shop there so I went to get the refund, now they say it cant be refunded because the back of the gift card says so (My eye site isn't even good enough to read the fine print). The person that told me (I have a witness) that I could get a refund now flat out lies about it and says I need to go through the head office. The head office says she never told me that (I guess they can tell that from Quebec) so they wont refund the money. This store lack integrity, business ethics and like the other review say, customer service. I will be taking legal action to recover my $200.00 DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL
