ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE NIGHT THANK YOU SHARI!!! I came into the Abbotsford Ricki's store tonight at 8:45pm not realizing the time. When I finally realized the store was closing in only a few minutes with arms full I apologized for staying late... the response I received was warm and welcoming:) she said something like no it's no trouble at all please take your time can I start you a fitting room. Thanks Shari... when the dresses didn't work that I brought in she proceeded to ask me what I was looking for and I said really nothing but now that I'm finally out shopping when I never have the time to I'd love and rattled off a few items she asked my sizes and off she went within moments she was back w arms full and happy and excited for something to work. By this time store was closed and still get service was incredible!!! To have received this at anytime would have been a wow factor but after hours during holiday rush was outstanding! As someone who in my career is rated on their service and their clients likelihood to recommend that service I appreciate genuine and sincere care and attention very much. Thank you Shari for truly making my night I know I told you in person but I'd love for those around you to know as well :) Instead of leaving empty handed I left w my bag full of treasures $180 later. I just wish I had more time :)
