Perfect for those who love and endless stream of Shawn Mendes and friends blasting the air waves, looking at mannequins cast from perfect models, and kid models smiling at you from oversized posters. Kids who would never know what the heck cool is because that for sure isn't the word kids today use to describe what they're after, you don't even know how they now express the virtue of swellness, don't care one bit, embrace your discomfort and ask youngsters stocking the shelves where they keep the bears and wolves that rip the new jeans your kids pine for. If you're not that guy, as I obviously am, then stay the heck away.

I feel American Eagle has really gone downhill, as well as this location. There is never anyone attending the dressing rooms, there will be a line and instead of an associate opening doors you hold your dressing room open for the next person as they lock immediately. This has happened the last few times I went in even with three or more associates standing at the cashiers with no customers. As far as their clothes go I can't seem to wear anything anymore - tank tops fall so low they show my bra, everything is off the shoulder, every pair of jeans seems to be high rise and their jeggings sag after a couple of uses

Associates just walk right by you and don't ask if you are in need of a assistance. For the changing rooms, you have to go to cash and ask for access to try the clothes on. I shop online now.

Just had some incredibly good customer service from the Store Manager here yesterday. She helped me resolve and exchange the jeans and provided me with extremely friendly and courteous service. I will continue to buy AE jeans from this store because of the incredible service from her and her help. Thanks!
