This location has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Extremely unprofessional store manager and supervisor. I came to return items that had been purchased online within 2 days of receiving the items. When I purchased the items, there was no indication anything was final sale, nor did it say final sale on the invoice or confirmation email I received for the order. When trying to return a few items, it took 15 min for someone to even come to the cash register. The poor guy trying to help me was a trainee and called for help several times from his supervisor Oliver and the store manager. Both ignored him saying they were busy. He was also left to answer phones alone and search for items for other customers all while trying to help me. Finally after about 20 min of waiting with a huge line forming, I was told I couldn’t return the items because it was now marked final sale a week after I purchased them and the items were currently a cheaper price online? After several attempts at getting a manager, the store manager glanced at the screen, said two words “store policy”, and walked away. Oliver also said site policy and dismissed me. Incredibly disrespectful and I’m sure a toxic environment to work in as well.
3 stars overall. My experience really depended on which staff member I spoke with. I was looking for a specific shoe size, and one staff member simply said they didn’t have it and that whatever was available was already on the shelves, without offering any further help.nnHowever, another young gentleman was extremely helpful — he took the time to check online and helped me order the shoes to be delivered to my home. Big thanks to him for the excellent customer service.nnSo for me, it’s 5 stars for the helpful young employee and 0 stars for the staff member who didn’t seem interested in helping.
Staffs are always busy, even when there’s. It many customers. 3 out of 5 things I asked for are out of stock. They probably only have 1 size for each product. The repairing department was pretty good. Fast service and friendly staffs.
There is a person there called Gavin and he was an angel to me. I went there 30 min before closing and he helped me with his absolute patience to get ice skates and helmet. He told me things nobody cared to say or didn't know to tell me about ice skating. Thank you Gavin you're so knowledgeable I am happy with my ice skates
Excellent service by Matthew who assist us in our bike and helmet selection. Extremely patient and goes the distance in trying to consider customer’s ask and requirements. No hard push, just sincere assistance. To the store manager - please do consider this review when it comes to comp and Matt’s evaluation. Visited May 8th 7:30ish.
