Customer service is always a problem at this location. The concept of greeting the customer, seeing if he/she needs anything doesn’t exist at this Roots location. It’s a small store, and there are at minimum 2-3 employees at any given time, and as a customer you could be wandering forever looking for something, and they will never come to help you. Not how customer service is done.

Just terrible I would give it zero stars District manager is a nightmare Store clearly not doing well for obvious reasons... has downsized LOL Good job "managing" your store
