I agree with others, I have had a better service at other locations. Also, the staff are not helpful, they dish out compliments like drones. Everything will look nice and your size! They are a bit pretentious, the sales are ridiculous. Some discounts are less than 5%.

Came in here at 5:30 pm on Jan 14 with my girlfriend to buy a gift card for a friend. Usually we always get amazing service at other aritzias. The blonde girl at the cash gave a lot of attitude and was rude from the start. She didn’t take down my gfs information when my gf asked and another cashier came and asked for her account details shortly after and she seems unhappy about it. Then she gave a return card instead of the standard gold gift card and when my gf asked “isn’t it supposed to be the gold card and that’s the return card?” She said no. Then the other cashier who was clearly more helpful said she would deal with it. The blonde girl stood in the corner scowling and rolling her eyes then finally left. Horrible service. Will never come to hillcrest Aritzia again. They should really get retrained from other Aritzias. Brian hill would not be pleased.

I couldn't believe it when I saw these reviews and it was the exact same experience I had. I was literally looking through a pile of sweaters for a right size and a sales person is standing next to me waiting to fold back the sweaters. Its obvious me being a guy in a women's store that I was looking for a gift for someone, wouldn't it make more sense for the sales people to ask if she can help me find something? It seemed that every time I tried to make eye contact with the staff to see if they would offer to help they would just look away. No service training period for these employees.

Very bad customer service. Honestly if there is 0 star then I will give 0 star. The sales at cashier literally intended to destroy that store. But they did help some customers. Maybe I was being ignored because I am Asian :)

Awful team of staff. Only one associate named Kim was helpful, every other person including the store manager needs additional training. None were helpful or decent to the customers. At one point I asked the cashier for Kim, as she was the girl that was going to help me with a special order, the girl on cash told me to go to "the back" to get her myself. Being a client who is ready to pay, a store associate should have gone to Kim to let her know that her client is ready. This is just one example of the poor service I received there. That same day I provided the store manager with some feedback of her team and the store manager did not respond in a professional manner. She received my feedback as if her time was being wasted. Poor service at this location.
