Sport Chek Fort McMurray

Worst experience ever in a sporting goods store. Waited 20 min.to get an associates help, Handed them two shoes to find the correct sizes. Waited another 15 min. Witnessed a couple leave the store mad. When we asked to have the shoes taken out of the boxes to make it easier to carry,as we were walking,was informed that because we didnt keep the boxes there was no returns. Last time i will shop there.

Sad to say the sport check here is like all the stores in the mall,( minus the health store downstairs, they actually help you when you need it and are super knowledgable). No one knows where anything is, how to help and everyone is so busy doing nothing just chatting with their co workers instead of helping customers. I asked for help to be let in in the back fitting room and waited for 5 minutes with no one coming. I finally went over to the cash register and asked why no one had come yet and the girl at the cash said "yeah it's better if you go to the other fitting rooms" (she tells me thug now...). Anyways I go to the "other" fitting room where I find not one but 3 employees standing around talking . When I asked if I could used a fitting room they said "oh all our rooms are full". So I tell them the other fitting room is empty and if I could use that one, they all look at each other puzzled and say "oh no this is the one we use".... THIS is the one we use??? As if the other one is just for show.... anyways to the least I was less than impressed .... if you go to this store just go about your business because no one knows what they are doing.

Decent size and selection. You can get some great deals when the sales are on.
