I've always had a good experience. Staff are helpful and courteous. Only one small negative is the cashier didn't ask me for my card and I also forgot to present it. Only my last visit cashier asked me. I've been in to Ricki's frequently last 2 months.
All the staff and excellent and know me by name! I love visiting this store! I feel very valued and welcomed each time I visit!
The person that helped me was fantastic. Super chatty and approachable but also not overwhelming. I feel horrible, but I can't remember their name. Definitely started with an M!
