If I could give this place less than one star I would! Rude, stuck up, and concerned are three words to describe a worker lady I came in contact with. Me and my sister went inside so she could try on a dress. I look around the store for her and the woman working there came up to me and said nothing here will fit you so I don’t know why u are here. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t say anything because I was shocked but I could have been buying a gift for a friend or jewelry ... yes I’m plus size but damn girl I rather be plus sized and nice then whatever u are. So upsetting.. I cried later on but will never EVER step in that store ever ever ever again! Worse service ever.

Went for a $220 christmas dress I'd seen in Edmonton but they didn't have it here, so I browsed through all the other pretty dresses. The initial girl helping me out was a gem. I found a dress that I liked even more than the first, at a fraction of the cost. The problem came when I put it on hold for 30 minutes. It was Sunday, I was in sweats and a hoodie and looked a mess. I guess Le Chateau is too fancy for working people enjoying their Sunday off. When I came back, a very overweight blonde girl with black lipstick "helped" me. I was standing in line with my husband. She looked me u and down about 3 times with a look of disgust. "Can I...help...you?!" "I need that dress behind you." To which she scoffed and asked if I was sure while still looking me up and down. I paid and after paying she stared at the receipt for a solid 10 seconds, circled something and turned the receipt over. My husband turned it back around to read what was circled. Basically it said no returns, exchange only. Now, I have no intentions of returning the dress but shouldn't that be something mentioned? The girl just came off like such a catty b. My husband as going to get a full suit but we went elsewhere. Not returning.
