I was in the store Devonshire for just over an hour and had put some clothes that I had picked out, aside. Mistakingly one of the employees didn't realize that they were mine and put them back on the rack. I was unable to find anything that I had selected and had to start shopping all over again. During my checkout process I dealt with a young lady.. Marilee and her service and kindness made my shopping experience all worth while. This young lady is kind and compassionate, everything an employer could hope for in an employee. As a result I will definitely continue to shop at SportChek.

Decent service! Always takes a while to buy shoes, busy and limited staff.

Very good service. Tried to buy the nike air max 270 at footlocker but there service sucked, so came here and they helped me wonderfully!! So nice and we’re ready to help. Very good and the shoes were $20 cheaper here!! Will be back.

I was impressed with their service here purchasing a kids bike recently. Very knowledgeable staff, their tech inspected the bike in front of me before I purchased and their free 1 year maintenance plan was a great added bonus. Very comparable, if not better, prices to buying online on Amazon etc.

Ordered running shoes for my grandson, order packed by “Brooke” store # 279 and they arrived before the date promised and exactly what I wanted.

Dana helped me today and she was amazing. Only one working the department and she ran it like a well oiled machine. Great taste in shoes too

They didn't have what I wanted in stock but they were very helpful!

Phenomenal service in the bike shop.  Everyone was exceptionally helpful and gave great advice.  Michael was especially knowledgeable, giving us great advice in picking two new bikes for our kids AND letting us know about a fantastic promotion.

I found the Asics running shoes I was looking for after doing my research on line. The shoes were on sale, so the price was reasonable. The employee who helped me was not knowledgeable about the products and seemed resentful that he had to get the correct size from somewhere aside from the display in front of him. It's unfortunate the other very eager employee was not the one who happened to walk by when I was trying to find someone, anyone to find shoes in my size.

I bought 2 pairs of Nike sneakers today. The guy was super helpful. I was very specific about what I needed due to a bad injury in May. I can not express how happy I am that he found me 2 great pairs of shoes. I wish I got his name. Thank you so much to Sport Chek staff for your exceptional service today.
