Mark at Infinity Cycle was so helpful in finding me the perfect bike I needed for Mushing on the trails with my dogs ! I certainly appreciated the time he took to educate me regarding the large variety of bikes they had ! It's been a while since I had bought my bike and I wanted to take the time to actually use it on the different terrains to see how it would hold up before I wrote a review. Well, needless to say, it's been pretty amazing ! Even on the snowy trails ! Also, I brought the bike in for a quick once over just tonight and Mark took his time once again to give me any help I needed ! I certainly appreciate their good prices, top quality bikes and especially their wonderful customer service ! Thank you again Mark and staff at Infinity ! You guys rock !
The BEST!! Very professional and reasonable too! Took me in right away, as I was borrowing my niece's bike for the fireworks. Fixed the issue with the front tire and "other" little things too! In and out in 10-15 minutes. Will recommend to people I know with bikes!

Great Bike Store. Very well stocked with amazing bikes. The staff is very friendly and patient about finding just what you need. I will be back often this year.
This is my local bike shop and I am so happy that they are there. Tell them what you are looking for and they'll help you find the right thing for you. Service is reasonably priced and they wash your bike included in the price of a tune up. Your bike will be ready when they say it will. I'm not sure what else you could ask for.
Came in to have my handle bars tightened and get some air in my tires. They looked really busy, with multiple bikes in their workspace but the guy working that day helped me right away! He did exactly what I needed and because it was such a quick fix, he let me go free of charge. This establishment looks super sweet on the inside and although I was only there for 2 minutes tops, I was satisfied! If I need anything else for any of my other bicycles, I'll definitely come back.
Knock Your Socks Off Service!!!!! I cannot believe the customer service I received from Shaun. The quick response, AND one in done resolution was pretty breathtaking. It feels really good to receive this level of service because it has become very rare and hard to come by these days. I bought an infinity boss three and had it for almost 3 years before riding it. I called to find out how to properly pump the tires as both seem to fill then as soon as you got on it, both tires would be flat. Shaun guided me through the possible issues, and immediately recognized the need for new tires and shipped me 2 brand new, inflated and inspected tires. And soooooo easy to put on myself. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them.
