10 / 10 !! Legendary service ! Very knowledgeable salesman and he's not pushy with sales, been there many times and they have always met my needs. I appreciate the service guys !! & will definitely be a reoccurring customer! I URGE EVERYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE! If you're looking amazing service with low prices, then this is definitely the place for you. Also I went here because I got terrible customer service with the other bicycle shop called ambassador near the West End, don't go there GO HERE %100 !!

Amazing service! I stopped in last week on my lunch hour for a quick repair thinking I’d need to leave my wheel and come back later in the week to pick up. Much to my surprise the crew quickly repaired my wheel on the spot. I will definitely be back for future repairs and maybe even a bike. Thanks!

Ben, an owner and mechanic at City Cyclery, provides excellent service and generously shares his knowledge of bikes. Recently, he quickly repaired a shifter on a child's bike for me, replacing parts appropriately. Plus, he's done a fantastic job finding a trunk-mounted bike rack for my car. Ben has also regularly serviced my bike and kept it in top notch shape. If you're looking to buy a bike, need bike repairs, peripherals (e.g., a rack, lights, saddlebags, etc.) or advice about cycling, I highly recommend City Cyclery - it's a great shop with friendly, approachable, knowledgeable staff. Cylcing in Windsor and area wouldn't be the same without this crew! : )

I really liked the service and honestly I got from them. Ben and Sam are the two who helped me and they did a great job on my bike, and even made sure it was okay a few days afterwards when I had something minor to touch up. I'd recommend coming here to anyone - Great guys to deal with!
