Very friendly and helpful staff. Bought a new pump and filter from them this summer. Also an excellent winter cover. They explain everything.

You want the perfect example of how this is a good store? When you walk in with a container of water, they don't ask if you're here to get it tested. They just do it, and proceed to help you with what you need, without trying to sell you 1000 things you don't need. And when you do need something, they know what to offer, and how to properly use it. AND they speak French. :)

Prompt, excellent service for great price. Wonderfull to deal with in store or at poolside! When they say that they are coming to do work they come on time. Staff very pleasant.
