Wanted to come on here and give Ryan and Lora just a huge shout out for outstanding customer service! They are so kind and so patient and always willing to go above and beyond! A huge shout out to Manager Ryan and assistant manager Lora, they always great us like we are more than just a customer, they treat us like family, always going the extra mile to give the best service and make sure we have exactly what is best for us. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
Went to purchase a bike there for our daughter and while she was sitting on it seeing how it felt with her dad tightly holding her, we got told twice within 1 minute she can’t ride it without a helmet.. Even though there was a family beside us with 2 other kids actually riding up and down the aisles without helmets. By all means, I get policies and safety but cmon. Talk about being bias. Ended up buying a bike somewhere else.
Good selection of sports equipment here. Fitbits, Iwatch, massagers, supplements, and I think we even saw an electric skateboard. Decent sales rack with some good prices can be found. Good selection of shoes too. Decent little sport check.
Johan? Gentleman in the shoe department was SOOOOO helpful!! Very polite. Will definitely be going back simply because of him.
Great Friendly staff helped me pick out some shoes. They were very informative and patient while I tried on multiple pairs. They endured my 2 and 4 year olds like champs and I was able to buy the shoes I desired in the end. Would highly recommend this sport chek to anyone looking for sports equipment, shoes or clothes. Check it out.
I do not reccomend getting your skates sharpened here. I had to do it once when players bench was closed. My blades were oversharpened resulting in me having to replace them. Staff was friendly but training in this department needs to be upgraded.
I came in from Fernie for skates and a few items for my kids. Ryan, the store manager, was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of the staff. Leaving happy and satisfied with my visit. Good work everyone!
Upon entering we got the general feeling like we were invading the staffs space by shopping there and then my husband and I were in between two of the staff members while they made fun of a customer. It was a terrible experience and I will purchase online from now on.
Smaller store than I'm used to seeing. Found everything quick, the cashier was fantastic and even cracked a couple jokes. A+
