Recently purchased a hoodie from the Cranbrook location. There was a problem with the dyes in the garment. They leaked in my washer/ dryer and created a awful mess. I contacted their head office. I received no reply, and still haven't. I called the store here in Cranbrook. From the initial call to the local store, to full satisfaction the Manager LAUREN was nothing short of fantastic. She was understanding, compassionate, and genuine throughout. Lauren made a difficult situation easy and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be recommending this Bootlegger to others based soley on Laurens service.
